[Asia] × [Pelajar] × [Desain] = Masa Depan

This project aims to cultivate international exchange of students from Japan and Asia and “power to fly into the future and ability to open up the future”.

ASPaC adalah sebuah kompetisi internasional yang bertujuan “membina pemuda dalam menciptakan masa depan Asia”.

Proyek ini dipromosikan bersama oleh the Japan Foundation, Asosiasi ASPaC, dan Japan Package Design Association (JPDA), serta lembaga publik, pelaku industri kreatif, perusahaan, dan institusi pendidikan di setiap wilayah dan negara yang turut berpartisipasi dalam mendukung terselenggaranya ASPaC.

Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memupuk pertukaran siswa internasional dari Jepang dan negara-negara Asia dan “kekuatan untuk terbang ke masa depan dan kemampuan untuk membuka masa depan”.

About ASPaC

ASPaC (Asian Students Package Design Competition) adalah sebuah kompetisi dalam bidang desain kemasan yang diselenggarakan oleh Japan Foundation dan Japan Package Desain Association (JPDA).

Untuk mengembangkan kemampuan para siswa di seluruh Asia agar memiliki keahlian dibidang konstruksi dan desain kemasan, ASPaC menggelar kompetisi desain kemasan. ASPaC bertujuan untuk menghubungkan potensi-potensi di Asia menjadi satu melalui lembaga desain, lembaga administrasi di masing-masing negara, para pendidik, dan perusahaan-perusahaan secara bersama-sama.

Kompetisi ASPAC ini bertujuan untuk membantu desainer muda berbakat dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk karir yang lebih baik di industri desain global di masa depan.

THEME: TRANSFORMATION
The situation during the pandemic has caused all kinds of changes starting from the way we work, study, shop, etc. ASPaC Indonesia carries the theme “TRANSFORMATION” which will emphasize changes especially in package design in response to current global issues.

JUDGES
Cultural Practitioner, Academics, Professional Designer from Indonesia, and Professional Designer from Japan (to be confirmed soon)

BENEFITS
1. Winners’ works and selected works will receive certificates signed by The Japan Foundation Jakarta, ADGI (Asosiasi Desainer Grafis Indonesia), and ASPaC Indonesia
2. Winning works will be uploaded on the ASPaC Indonesia website
3. The work will be published in the 2020 ASPaC Indonesia Catalog book
4. Winning works will be published on Instagram @ aspac.id
5. Winning works will receive certificates from The Japan Foundation Jakarta and the Indonesian ASPaC Committee
6. Winners’ works and selected works have the opportunity to take part in the 2020 ASPaC Indonesia Online Exhibition and get an exhibition participation certificate.
